RAIN is Misleading us

Rains Customer Service is non-existent besides that my rain simcard hasn't had signal, I had to get another simcard from a different service provider because I am working from home. I logged two tickets already but still no response. My issue is when you initially order the simcard you get called by more than one consultant but when you need support no1 is willing to assist.
