Rain is misleading

Rainhas billed me money for a service that I did not use. Their simcard ran out of network for a month and I decided I'm not gonna use it anymore. When I log in to rain I find that I'm owning them money for two months. We did not sign a contract number 1.and number 2. I did not use your Sim for two months. How am I owing you. So your adverts on TV are a lie? So If I don't pay for 2 months with no network I owe you? You will remove those areas today because I'm never paying that garbage number 2 you will cancel my Simcard today. Don't tell me to load a garbage ticket don't tell me that sick trash. Cancel my simcard and remove those areas today. I did not use your garage network for two months.... Now I owe you? On what contract am. I obligated to pay you.
