Rain is misleading

So we got our 5g router delivered yesterday and as per the website and documentation in the box activation is to be expected between 2 to 24 hours which we have already passed and yet the sim is still not activated... I've been sending emails and the responses back are pathetic and laughable to say the least... As a new rain Customer I'm very disappointed at the service... Don't put an sla on the website and products if this is not what the customer will experience.... Pathetic to say the least and yet we paid in full as I'm sure all other customers have which is disheartening... I mean I'm working from home however my sla and targets haven't dropped as I need to ensure service levels are kept to.. So how is it that rain no Iles service levels are so bad... Very disappointed
