Rain is ****ming people

I am very dissatisfied with Rain. Their customer service is the worst. They are rude and do not know how to assist you with their own products. They have given me a second router and it still doesn't connect. They call you after days of sending a call back. When they do they transfer you to someone else who also doesn't know how to fix the problem. I have tried to cancel with them but no cancelation till now. Rain is a ****.
