Rain is MIA

I ordered my new sim cards from Rain on the 7th of June. I scheduled my date and time for the 9th 10am - 11am, as I knew what my schedule will be like.

By 13:00 I still had not received my order, I called the call center and was promised by two agents that the delivery will be delivered before 6pm last night, surprisingly by midnight last night I still had no delivery.

As today is a Sunday, the call center is closed, but luckily someone is online on their Facebook chat, again, I was promised that it is on it's way and will be delivered between 14:00 - 16:00.

Well as the same story, I still do not have my delivery.

I don't know what to do.

Yesterday I sat waiting like an idiot and today again, where both days I had to cancel my plans to be home.
