Rain is messy

Rain says I’m owing them an amount totalling 3 months, even though I cancelled my month to month contract. I spoke to Mr Sajae-inkya trying to resolve this he told me they will call me back just still nothing, debt collectors are calling me saying I owe and I’m telling them I don’t owe anything. My *** I called on the 08/08/24. Why can’t someone call me as promised so we can settle this matter once and for all instead of messing up my credit.
