Rain is messing with my future!

Rain is quick to debit money but when it comes to returning it they are the worst! It has been 2 months now and my money has not been returned to me! On the last review they promised to call me back and they did not! I had to call them.. And after calling numerous times i was told the money was refunded back but there is no such a thing in my bank statement!unfortunately i am unemployed and i am missing out on my classes as i am studying online😭😭. I do not have money to buy another router!CAN YOU PLEASE REFUND ME MY MONEY BACK! MY LIFE IS A MESS BECAUSE OF THIS! I MISSED OUT 4 CLASSES ALREADY...how many 7-14 working days should i wait for? You guys have no idea hard it is to want to invest in something that will help you better your life then this happens.. Its so demotivating! You don't care how much you are messing up people's lives, as long as your business moves forward! 😭😭
