Rain is making my life difficult

Rain, this ongoing issue has become extremely stressful and inconvenient. I have been patient and cooperative, providing all the information and proof requested, yet my service keeps getting disconnected repeatedly. Every single day I have to call regarding the same issue, and nothing seems to be permanently resolved. I have now lost three days of work because of this unstable service. Yesterday my router was reconnected, giving me hope that the matter was finally resolved, only for the connection to be cut off again today. This is unfair and completely unacceptable for a paying customer. I depend on this connection for work and daily communication, and the constant interruptions are affecting me financially and emotionally. Please stop sending me from one consultant to another and urgently escalate this matter to the relevant department for a permanent resolution. I need my connection restored and stabilized immediately.
