I rememeber almost 10 years ago i posted my first complaint on hellopeter...against a network that - TODAY 15 JULY 2020 - is on the brink of collapse due to poor service delivery and customer resolutions. Back then, one had to wait on a call holding for almost 30 minutes to ask a question that took several responses back and forth to find a solution.

TODAY, WE HAVE RAIN.....It's digital friendly savy user interface is simplistic in design, offering a further reach in technology and resolutions. One can chat live or log a fault online....All communication is backed up and faults can be reopened if issues resurface from uncontrolable circumstances and that for me is great value.
