RAIN is lying to us all.
A 0 star would be more fitting for this company, I am paying for a 10Mbps uncapped sim card but not even getting 5Mbps most of the time, the slowest ISP i have had in my life, Hate to say it but Telkom was way better regarding speed, and they have something called "Customer Support", well at least some of it.
I can't recommend Rain to anyone, they are the worst ISP I have dealt with, the fact that I sometimes struggle to even watch one youtube video should be a testament to how bad they really are, so RAIN please stop lying to us by selling us a "10mbps" uncapped when you know full well your customers barely reach 5mpbs 90% of the time
