Rain is literally that **** RAIN!

If I could give half a star I would.

Wife used Rain for a few months then stopped using it because of network issues. Suddenly we were hit with a bill and notice of collection of almost R2000. Firstly I would like to believe Rain is a top up and use network. Secondly we didn't have any contractual obligations with Rain. So if they say we owe them money for a service that we didn't use. It blows my mind.

We didn't have their router. We didn't sign any monthly contract We have been trying to get in touch with them so that we can get a clear explainion to how and where does this amount come from. It's a **** network.
