Rain is like loadshedding

Once again i have slow internet, they sent a field agent to come install an Huawei external B2338-168 antenna for better internet connection to one of there towers it worked perfect for 4 days only and look where im again complaining about the same thing same company i mean 0.25km from a tower and to be connected to a tower 1.2km away with an external antenna and still nothing. Like i said before it worked for 4 days only and nothing after that ,deliver proper service/internet then we wont sit with a problem . Rain is consistent in being a problem and not caring about there customers having proper internet connection i mean you get the same message everytime saying that the tower is gonna be fixed its going on 3 months and still no improvement or no one has fixed the broken tower and im not the only one suffering because of this the whole perimeter/surrounding areas has no internet connection . Rain is like loadshedding no likes it ,fix this problem with immediate effect, so that all surroundings areas can be sorted.

Im still waiting on a reply and still nothing . Mosa have this problem fixed ASAP its been going on for to long and my money is being deducted from my account for no service get your act together and do you job stop telling me the same thing over and over about a agent will be in contact and then it goes to it was escalated to your technicians that are pathetic and worthless cause this has been going on for a long time now . Im not the only one complaining about your guys. Hellopeter has been over flowing about complaints of you guys and what a **** you guys are taking peoples money and not delivering any service . Im getting speeds of 0.01mbps i mean I've been with you since the year you started and this is the thanks i get . I got you so many clients ,helped people sign up to your network praising it and this is the service i get . Your towers are out not working at all and yet you still charging people . Do your job stick to what is being advertised about you cause currently i cant keep doing my nothing infact i cant do anything your service is 100% bad. I dont know how long it will take you to reply to this message fix this now ,you quick to deduct money now fix this quick/now/ASAP/immediately.
