Rain is less reliable than the actual rain.

Rain rep**** with a message, asking me to update the APN settings, and to reset the router for at least 5 minutes. Facepalm! Regardless, this is the 3rd day without internet.

Just for public knowledge: After my previous comment, Rain rep**** 15 days later, saying that I'm connected again. (2023-11-15) This is true, but it took them 15 days to reply. I've been offline again since 2023-11-18. It is now 2023-11-21. Another 3 days without internet, and counting. I can't reach them via phone, or via the app. Previously they promised to reimburse me for the time that has been lost. That has never happened.

If you would like to pay 100% for a service that works 30% of the time, and where you get 0% support, I would highly recommend Rain.
