RAIN is kaput, swept out in rain

When I tried to update my credit card for billing with Rain it turned out that I am not even subscribed, yet I they were billing my card for the last 2 years. No record of my profile exists on Rain database. Seems like Rain who describe themselves as cutting edge internet service provider is just a phantom service, no records, no database of users, nothing ! Their customer service is not existent. Avoid !
