RAIN IS ***

Bull****. Called them on the 30 April 2022 11:26am saying I have no internet connection. They tell me they are busybfixing it. I drove to the tower to find there is no one there working. Been without internet for more than 24hrs now but yet when it comes to paying it must happen immediately

I dont see how this is acceptable for you to wait so long for feedback from whomever. Are they working on it and if not yet why must I pay for service that's not being delivered. Actually there is no service from the technical side at all, so it seems. I dont see how it can take more than 30hrs to fix a problem

Also up until now there has been no notifications sent to say that the towers in east london is down

Going for nearly 40hrs without internet now and still no feedback from technical. It amaze me that most of east londons 5G towers is off and there is no feedback on any repairs or work being done. How the #### is that possible. The ANC has better service delivery
