Hi Rain, this is my 2nd complaint right here. You deducted my account without fixing the problem that I had about the lack of network I had.... and before that I spoke to O****leng about me canceling my subscription and he suggested that I should buy a router which I didn't understand because I had subscribed to "any device" ... he ended up not canceling it.
