RAIN IS *** AND THEIR SERVICE IS TERRIBLE... THEY DONT CARE AS LONG AS THEY GET MONEY

I'm frustrated with Rains ridiculous and poor service, I got a call from rain, consultants was Refilwe firstly she does not have a clue of what my issue is. Which I've been repeating to them, next thing Refilwe is comparing me to other clients and she tells me that the is nothing she can I should rather cancel their service... I'm very glad to do... can you please Refund me from the 22/08/2020 till date and cancel my service as I i cant use your services and the problem started on the on 22/09/2020 which I've been trying to resolve the issue and they keep on telling me that I have to sim swop which I done and the is nothing wrong with the sim cards they work fine outside my yard but inside the yard it does not work and the closest tower is 0.28km away... PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY THEN CANCEL YOUR STUPID SERVECE
