Rain is ***

I order my Rain 5g on the 1st of April 2021 I got and everything was working fine until around the 28th April 2021 when I stop receiving 5g coverage. I have called the support contact center several times. As I am typing this review I have put hold to speak the manage and guess what the manage just told the same thing previous 10 agents told "they are going to ESCALATE the matter@" I do not why I am even writing this review because they DON'T even respond to the reviews. On the 8th of May 2021 I spoke to Jostinah Sematle a customer service agent at rain, I could hear her music playing in the background I asked her if she can turn down music, she said to me the music is not effecting her work and I should not have a problem with. For the past year I have been recommending Rain to my Friends and Family and if you are reading this review I am sorry Rain is *** !!!
