RAIN IS JUST THE WORST!!!!!

I am honestly hurt n disappointed in the service I received from rain internet , I requested numerous times to change my debt date from the 25th to the 1st of every month but yet it still has not been changed , my server had been disconnected in which I called into their call center and their customer service is the “Worst/Horrible” if I may say , they don’t have any telephonic etiquette nor do they take you seriously, their employees at the billing department are just very rude.I HONESTLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RAIN TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
