Rain is Just Pathetic
What a Load of **** how could I Asa ever validate such a load on nonsense. I bought this 5G nonsense with router and Sim and still can't use it. To and from R453 worth of support calls later. No service loads of lies. Bunch of people who can't even fix their own mess 2nd day no connectivity. I guess canceling this would also give me headaches. The standard of service Rain has to offer depicts what's happening in our country. Atrocious to say the least I hate the fact I spent R499 on worth ****.

05 Nov 2021, 20:3348 Hours Later No call No refund No Nothing Rain SA is the worst ISP ever and I've been in this business long enough to know that even Telkom SA is way Superior to this No Service Rain Pathetic Atrocious non sense. I don't know how your shareholders could even expect revenue and profits or is it just to take people's money and not provide a service. I will continue posting about the bad experience and service received from Rain SA. Thanks for nothing and all the betrayal. Rain deserve the ranking of ISPs way below its current market. Just pathetic to be ignored and not even receiving a call back.
