Rain is just not good for SA

I had no problem for the last two months and now I can't even watch something for 10min for the last three weeks. The response I got from them is that I must just move my device around more than one place . I wanted to upgrade to 5G but I'm sorry and I will rather look for something else worth then with them . They hook you in then just spits you out .
