Rain is just like their competitors, Sim still not active!!

I dont know how to explain my dissappointment. I have been operating on 4G all this time however my area signal is better on 5G according to my neighbours. I then cancelled 4G and ordered 5G. First such a mission to cancel and then order a complete new line. It would have been much simple just to upgrade to new line. My 4G has been cancelled end of Feb however I ordered 5G last week of Feb to ensure I have internet available. The modem and sim was delivered 3 days ago and still not activated even though the promise of 2 - 24hrs!! Have been 3 days without internet, all my tech, alarm system and cameras run off my internet, so now my safety is also in jepordy! Call centre is useless and keep refering to them as someone they cant escalate to! I initially thought rain would be the best and outrun telkom, now they just the same!
