Rain is ****ing pathetic

If I could I would Rain 0 star rating. We haven't had any connection for 5 days now. This is the third time in the past month we've been left without any connection for multiple days in a row. Their customer service is pathetic. This company is clearly a ****. Now we have to fork out hundreds just for data even though we've paid for WiFi. If you're think of getting Rain, DON'T DO IT!!! Rather opt for literally any other Internet provider.
