Rain is *****ing my money!!!

I don't have a contract with rain but only the Sim card deal, I never authorized any debit check with them as I was making a manual payment every month. I stopped paying last year November,but rain has Ben *****ing my money since last year December. They take small 3 installments to make up to the total of R285, the bank is charging me for those 3 debit orders I never authorized. I want my money back or I will escalate this to I Asa cause your *****ing my money and I am not using the Sim cards anymore.
