Rain is *****ing my money

The router wasn't working I requested for them to cancel their service. And they took 2121 rands in the space of 2days, and I requested for refund and they only refunded 523rands now they tried today to take another money it was declined because insufficient fund but the tried again today they are *****ing my money I stopped using their route 5monts ago coz it's not working
