RAIN IS *****ING

They are useless and *****ing.

Cancelled my sim 3 months ago and every month the debit order keeps going off.

When calling in they always say the refund is submitted to the accounts department yet still debit order every month.

And no we can not stop debit as this is a Visa debit order.

Rain is *****s and utterly useless.
