Rain is Inconsistent and Unreliable

A week ago I posted a review of how impressed I was with the response from Rain. The CEO was on his game and within hours my network was fixed. guess what its not even a week later and it is all happening again.

I cannot handle the inconsistency, I just lost out on a massive deal with a client in the United States. I need to know what is Rain going to do to pay for losses. This is ridiculous!!
