Rain is inconsistent
Good day, please note that your unlimited 5G does not work at all from 18:00 (everyday after I come back from work, this whole week) until the next day, if possible kindly locate my area under my registered address in your data and fix this issue. If possible, send the night shift guys through or add a tower near by or signal booster. Why can’t you guys be consistent? What’s the issue though? This is seriously annoying …..

Please be advised, that the surrounding 5G towers in your area are currently down, however, some of them are back up and running. We had a look at your connection and it seems to be connected to an online 5G tower that is further away from your location. The issue has been escalated to our upstream providers to resolve and restore services in your area as soon as possible. We currently do not have the estimated time for repairs. Once the 5G towers are fixed, your connectivity will return to normal. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, and we thank you for your understanding.
