RAIN IS INCOMPTENT!
Rain is an *********** network provider! I have been trying to help with moving my number from them which got ported by mistake. Since june, they never made a follow up unless I try to get to them. Today I have called over 5 consultants who cannot assist. Why do they not have the direct numbers of relevant departments to avoid wasting airtime and time. Truly disappointed and will be moving from there wifi and network services.
