Rain is ***********. And it doesn't even work at all. They are tjotsies.
Please do not waste your time with rain. The sales representatives are ***********. I bought a simcard online and the courier we're supposed to deliver the package. They did not deliver it, so the rain agent told me to reorder a second simcard which i also paid for. Stil not working...... i paid for 2. Received 1. They recommend me to get a third one. Who knows. 3rd time lucky. But im not that stuped to pay a 3rd time.

12 Dec 2021, 20:37That is 100% acceptable 7 to 10 days is no problem. My problem is that i ordered a 2nd simcard which i paid for again, and still it doesn't work. Some of the guys at rain actually asking to purchase a 3rd sim. I also did send them a bank statement which shows that i have already paid it for a 2nd time. What rain does now is, they're requesting a lot of bank information. They're asking for the 1st 6 digits and the last 4 digits of my card.

13 Dec 2021, 11:59I have never used a new profile. I have only one profile. Question? So what about the bank statement that i gave through to you. It shows that you took my money twice. Not even one of your staff member's rep**** to me since I was showing them the statements. Its like everything just stopped now.
