RAIN IS ***********!
This is really poor service!!! They have taken none of my hello peter complaints seriously the custormer service is atrocious. I have looged so many service requests on their site and my pleas have fallen on deaf ears, the rain consultants are so *********** its aggrevating they hang up, they ide behind emails and just close requests for assistant without follow up, I have had had no signal for over a month now all they do is send me emails with apologies but the problem is not addressed. they care nothing about clients in Soweto trust me. DO NOT USE RAIN I WARN YOU THEY ARE EXTREMELY BAD!!!!

15 Oct 2020, 12:46Yeoline how many times must you apologize before actually doing something about the matter I have opened tons of service requests for support to no avail, your entire support team is *********** and lazy they close out service requests without assistance or follow up? They hang up on call? Do you know how many service requests I have logged? do you care? I want a full refund and I am fed up with rain your service is extremely atrocious!!! I am done. please organise a full refund I have not viewed in a month no decent internet connection yet I have been billed in full. cancel this bad service!!!!
