The worst experience I have ever had, no one can help me, money has gone off my bank account, but my order does not exist, it seems like no one at Rain is competent to deal with my enquiry, very unhappy.

when you take money from a persons bank account, even if the amount is in a pending status, there must be a paper trail on my side and rain's side to say why money was taken? am I wrong here?
