Rain is horrible

I have a rain 5G router. It was advertised as one of the best routers you could have. But, it us actually one of the worst routers you could have. It is basically as if I do not even have a wifi router. I cannot get ANYTHING done with this, because it just says no internet. And all Rain says is"Thank you for bringing this to our attention, sorry your experience is not good...". You can say that all you want, BUT DO SOMETHING FOR ONCE!!!!!! I would not recommend rain 5g to anyone! Stop just saying the same damn thing and do something!!!!
