Rain is horrible

if it was possible i would give no star, this is the worst service provider i have come across. 3 weeks without internet and their call center is unreachable and when you finally do the lady was helpful but she couldn't resolve my problem. i was promised a technician and no one showed up, my son asked his friend who works with rain but the guy said he couldn't come beacuse i was far from him as i live in strand and rain only gives him R100 for fuel. No it makes sense why we get such horrible service they technicians cant even go to clients cos they get paid R100 fuel. I m hurt and disappointed at such horrible service and actually feel sorry for their technicians. Never Again
