Rain is Horrible

My wife cancelled my subscription with Rain many months ago, still sending me bills that i owe them money, i now tried logging in to make sure its cancelled and i could not cancel the subscription which tells me its cancelled on my side and phoned then 2 months ago where i got a arrogant guy telling me i owe them money and they will hand me over, now even tried sending a message on their website and that came back as an "error". How these guys manage to make it as difficult as possible to make you the culprit that owe them money is just above me According to Rain i owe them R3832.00 for 2 sim cards that was i think at the time R479.00 each per month, certainly when you advertise its month to month base they should have cut the 2nd month as no payment has been received or its a pre paid system then should have given me now internet at all ???
