Rain is horrible

Good day, I received a new router and replacement SIM card on Thursday. Guys I’m still experiencing the same non 5G unlimited network. The new router and SIM card are actually worse, everything is buffering and non plays. And my debit order again, no issues no delays, you received your full money today. I have moved the router around, removed the SIM card waited switched it off and put it all back on again and it got worse, my what’s app is not even working, that’s how horrible Rain is …..
