Rain is Horrible

I app**** for rain 5G end of April and received my router in May quite a bit later. Waited for more than a week for it to be activated because the delivery driver did not note the delivery. They gave me 1 month for free (June) and I had to pay for May. They explained to me with rain you first use the internet and then pay. I just got a bill for July and was advised if I dont pay now it will be cut off. The staff you talk to are *********** and all have different stories. When you insist to talk to a manager you hold for 10 to 15 minutes and the manager just never picks up. I am appauled by the service I have been receiving this is now costing me exessive amounts of airtime as well as I spend long times arguing with *********** people. I hardly had internet for May. You better fix this
