Rain is hopeless at service

Wifi has no internet at all. Says it has been disconnected. Account is not in arrears. You try to call them but there is no answer. You stay on the line for hours and no one is answering. You log a support on the app and no one is responding.

Still have no answers. Rain has a thousand excuses on why I do not have internet coverage but they are refuaing to really help get coverage back. It is not the signal, my account is paid in full. It is not the router settings. It is your internet that is not on. Fix this problem. You take your money but you are not providing a service
