Rain is having a drought in terms of customer service

Every evening from around 5.30 - 6pm we end up "connected without internet" until about 10 - 11pm! Absolutely ridiculous when we are on their uncapped package. I Have logged a query ticket 3 x and have not had a single response. I am so sorry I cancelled my Mweb adsl for this useless service! Busy looking for a new service provider!
