Rain is giving very bad customer service now

Rain is giving very bad customer service now. Ever since the Indian call centre things have gone to the drain. They can’t hear English. Don’t know any of the Rain products. I’ve been placed on hold for 20min to my agent missing in action. My account has been blocked 3 times even though I made a payment arrangement like I usually do. Currently our services have been switched off. Every second day after paying the services are just switched off totally
