Rain is giving up on its customers

I have been a rain customer for a few years now, recently switched to 5G, I have made several reports about very weak upload speeds on my 5G over months and nobody from rain cared to follow up as they used to. They recently introduced sim cards with data, calling minutes etc., I received these sim cards but they are completely useless, don't work at all. There's no customer care line to call or any way to report the issues. Rain doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction like they used too. I am paying almost R1000 for internet that doesn't work as advertised and nobody cares to address my complaints.
