RAIN is GARBAGE!!!
TRASH, just pure trash. no customer support at all and basically no connection. The support team does not answer emails that i've sent months ago and they do not answer any calls. At the end of the month they send you a payment reminder via email (payment for no service delivery) but when you send them emails no one responds.
Would advise anyone to stay as far away as possible from RAIN because they are a bunch of *******. I refuse to pay for this garbage any longer. If there was a zero star rating for this pathetic excuse of a company it will still be better than what they deserve. i'd advise all RAIN users to report RAIN at ICASA.
