Rain is frustrating to begin with

These guys have the worst billing system I know to date, they charged me double the amount for the 101, and worst part is, I cant even get a hold of them. My invoice file inaccessible because apprently the pdf file is *******ed

They have a brilliant product, just so unfortunate that they aren’t thoroughly reliable. And if they do reply to this post, it’s probably some bot curated to do damage control by appearing to be responsive to their clients which In reality I couldnt get a hold of them telephonically after several attempts

I started using the rain101 device in the beginning of May, of which they charged me R1.00 (initial fee), 31st of May they then charge me R1,056
