Rain is frustrating

I’m so frustrated with rain at the moment my debit order goes off on the 1st of each month how ever their system says something different, I’ve spoken to over 10 of their consultants how ever non of them have a clue on what’s happening, one just called me now and sent me an sms saying thank you for the arrangement yet I never agreed or made any arrangement. I’ve never missed a payment on my rain account for them to cut my WiFi for their **** up.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
