RAIN wants to deduct money from me way after we have come to an agreement that I am stopping their service....I have been waiting for over 3 months now for a statement that shows that I used your service without paying

"Please be advised that your billing is post-paid, meaning that you pay for a month's service in the following month" then why did I have to pay in the 1st month with using your service? I WASNT EVEN EVEN YOUR SERVICE AS IT IS USELESS IT CANT BE CONNECTED FOR MORE THAN 10MIN... SEND THE STATEMENTS TO PROVE YOUR POINT
