Rain has poor service & its milking us of our money! They keep on disconnecting my line when i pay every month! They claim I dont pay when i send them proof of payment they dont sort it out! Im disgusted this service provider keeps on debiting in my account like they own it! Im sick of it I keep on asking them to close my account but they dont they reply with these automatic replies the call center is worse they dont know what they are doing! Im going to open a case at the police station
