Have not had connection for over a week. I have been calling daily since the first day only to be **** to by their customer service agents. I have been told that the network support will be in touch with me as the matter has been escalated but that turned out to be a lie as i wait and wait for that technician. My worry here is that i am going to pay a full amount for services that were not provided to me and yet no one seems to care, this is a daily ******* and *****
