Rain is Flop

What a poor service 😔 Rain is giving us..... #***2 - SIM Swap (22/12/23) #***4 - SIM Swap (07/12/23) I requested for a SIM swap since November, even today still waiting & no one cares.... I called the first time spoke to one of support team, asking them how far is my query & she said she's not the one who gives the query numbers 🔢 as I have logged the call in the app. I also called again on the 7th and they said this is going to be a priority, even today is still the priority.

How can you treat your customers so bad 😞😔 while you want to be the best service provider? But with debit orders you don't miss a date 📅, you even remember us of our debit date if is affected by holidays so that it won't affect the payments......
