Rain is ****

My router stoped working on the begging of december I phoned them i was told my complain will be escalated to the service department and they will contact me within 24 hours ..a month later nobody has bothered to contact me but the debit orders keep on going off,until today i received a message on my facebook to say the technician wont come since im owing i really dont know how im i owing if i have all my my bank statements to prove that the debit orders have been going off..rain is **** and the service is very bad i really want my account terminated with immediate effect !!!!stay away from rain is **** so damn Useless!!!!!!
