Rain is failing

Good day, I hope this finds you well. Rain 5G unlimited is not working in my area. Every weekend without fail there is no continuous good connection. Can this stop as it’s a huge bother to me. I always pay and I expect excellent service all the time. You need to urgently make sure this does not happen again because it’s every week. Nothing works that’s internet based …. Even now as in writing this complaint, I’m using my own data ……. Fix this!!!!!!!!!!
